Jeff council, library trustees slate joint meeting to hear architects’ presentation

The Jefferson city council and the Jefferson public library board of trustees will meet for a presentation by architects from Studio Melee of the final concept designs for the expansion of the Jefferson public library. The presentation will be a joint meeting of the two groups Monday, April 13, at 5:30 pm in the council meeting room at the municipal building, 220 N. Chestnut St.

City council and library board meetings are open to the public. Meetings are held in-person at city hall and will also be livestreamed through the city of Jefferson’s Facebook page and YouTube channel. The meeting will be recorded for later viewing.

This meeting will be followed at 6:30 pm by the regular monthly meeting of the library board of trustees.  See separate agenda. NOTE: The library will close at 5 pm that day so the library staff can attend this meeting.
